Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Execute the purchase order to supplier payment process for defined commodities aligning with organization safety, quality, delivery, and cost measures.
- Lead the reporting and control for one or more of the sourcing team KPIs.
- Engage with internal customers for fulfilment challenges resolution.
- Develop and execute an improvement plan for the assigned commodities through daily management, supplier qualification, and negotiation.
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
- Maintain relationship with suppliers to ensure business continuity.
- Maintain up-to-date data in ERP.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
- Basic experience in sourcing.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
- Process improvement mindset.
- Microsoft office Excel experience.
