Key Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and guiding them to their tables.
• Presenting food and beverage menus and explaining daily specials.
• Taking customer orders accurately and ensuring they are delivered to the kitchen correctly.
• Serving food and beverages to customers in a professional and polite manner.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction with the service and food.
• Clearing and setting up tables for the next customers.
• Handling customer inquiries and complaints effectively and professionally.

Qualifications and Experience

• Practical experience ranging from 2 to 5 years as a waiter in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and tact in dealing with customers.
• Ability to work under pressure and during peak hours.
• Commitment to hygiene and food safety standards.

Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging from 3,750 SAR to 5,625 SAR.
