About the Role
CEER is seeking an Assistant Manager Plant Talent Experience to join their team in Makkah, specifically in King Abdullah Economic City. This full-time role is responsible for the administration of all Plant Talent Experience functions, ensuring efficient document processing, personnel services, and timely resolution of employee issues. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.
Role Purpose
The primary purpose of this role is to maintain accurate employee information, provide high-quality support to CEER employees within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Plant Talent Experience framework. The Assistant Manager will ensure all personnel services are administered effectively and in compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Update and maintain accurate employee information within the Masar system (SuccessFactors).
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of employee documents, including contracts and other related documentation.
- Provide guidance and clarification to employees regarding Human Resources policies and procedures.
- Develop suitable action plans to address discrepancies or issues related to employee information and documentation.
- Fulfill employee requests in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide effective and timely resolution of employee issues and grievances.
- Administer personnel services, such as renewing employee contracts and updating relevant documentation in the Masar system.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the implementation of best practices.
- Stay updated on relevant regulations and ensure compliance.
- Supervise Plant Talent Experience operations, including task assignment, support, guidance, and vendor coordination.
- Prepare reports, manage administrative issues, and contribute to policy development.
