Job Summary
We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Night Auditor in Saudi Arabia. Our client is seeking skilled motivated professionals with strong hotel night-audit capabilities. Strong hands-on experience with OPERA PMS is mandatory. If you meet the requirements below apply early as positions are limited.
Key Responsibilities
Perform complete night audit procedures using OPERA PMS and ensure accurate closure of the hotels daily business.
Reconcile room revenue payments deposits cash credit-card transactions and other financial postings.
Review guest folios and correct posting discrepancies before completing end-of-day processing.
Verify room rates occupancy information discounts allowances paid-outs and related transactions.
Generate and review night audit revenue occupancy and financial reports for management.
Handle overnight front-office activities including guest account enquiries and operational support.
Coordinate with Front Office Finance and other hotel departments to resolve discrepancies.
Maintain accurate audit records and ensure proper handover of outstanding issues to the morning team.
Required Skills
OPERA PMS: Strong hands-on working knowledge is mandatory for audit and front-office transactions.
Night Audit: Ability to complete end-of-day procedures and reconcile hotel transactions accurately.
Revenue Reconciliation: Ability to verify room revenue payments and other daily financial postings.
Front Office Operations: Working knowledge of guest accounts folios room status and front-desk procedures.
Financial Accuracy: Strong numerical and reconciliation skills for identifying and resolving discrepancies.
Preferred Skills
Hotel revenue and occupancy reporting knowledge.
Experience coordinating with Front Office and Finance teams.
Familiarity with hotel cash card and guest-ledger reconciliation procedures.
Work Experience Requirements

Typical profile: Previous hands-on Night Auditor Front Office Auditor or similar hotel front-office/accounts experience is generally expected. Practical experience using OPERA PMS in a live hotel environment is particularly important for this requirement.
Education
Minimum: Typical Diploma or bachelors degree in Hotel Management Hospitality Commerce Accounting or a related discipline.
Preferred: Typical Hospitality/Hotel Management qualification.
Additional: OPERA PMS training or certification is advantageous.
