• Execute on-site well service procedures as per approved company and client standards, including rig-up, operation, monitoring, and rig-down of specialized equipment.
• Handle, assemble, calibrate, operate, and maintain field equipment, including pumps, hoses, data acquisition systems, and downhole tool assemblies.
• Lead and perform the complete post-job process for all tools and equipment in the workshop, including redressing (disassembling, cleaning, and replacing consumable components).
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as per scheduled procedures.
• Conduct detailed inspections and function tests to ensure all equipment meets stringent quality and safety standards for the next job.
• Accurately record maintenance and inspection findings in equipment logs and tracking systems.
• Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), running procedures, and game plans.
• Support the development and documentation of required technical modifications.
• Assist in maintaining the master library of technical records, manufacturing procedures, and job files.
• Provide technical support to the workshop team for tool preparation, redressing, and testing.
• Act as a documentation point of contact for the team when in the workshop/office, escalating gaps or discrepancies in drawings or procedures to the Technical Services Manager/Job Supervisor/Field Supervisor.
• Follow ENPRO’s Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards; lead and participate in pre-job safety meetings (JSA/Toolbox talks).
• Ensure 100% compliance with PPE requirements and adhere to strict chemical handling and environmental protection procedures.
• Serve as the key on-site liaison between the client's field crew, the client representatives, and ENPRO management including Technical Services Manager and Integrated Services Manager.
• Provide clear, real-time updates on job progress and coordinate all operational stages effectively.
• Accurately record all operational parameters, job events, and equipment data.
• Complete accurate field tickets, job reports, and post-job debriefs in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot operational and equipment challenges in the field, demonstrating a proactive and solution-oriented approach to ensure job continuity and success.
• Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team; provide guidance and support to different crew members, helping them with their technical development.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong understanding of well intervention processes, oilfield surface equipment, and downhole tools.
• Commitment to safe work practices in a high-hazard environment.
• Ability to work independently under pressure, adapt to changing field conditions, and solve problems effectively.
• Medically fit and willing to work in remote desert locations and capable of performing physical tasks in challenging climate.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office Automation for reporting and communication.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, and to draft clear, structured procedures and reports.
• Prior exposure to technical drawing review/creation (e.g., AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, or similar CAD/CAM tools) and SOP/procedure writing is an advantage.
