1. Supervise and execute plumbing and firefighting works as per approved drawings, specifications and project schedule.

2. Manage installation of fire hydrant, sprinkler, fire pumps, jockey pumps, fire tanks, drainage, water supply and sanitary systems.

3. Review IFC/shop drawings and coordinate with Civil, HVAC, Electrical, ELV and BIM teams to resolve service clashes and interfaces.

4. Monitor subcontractors, manpower, materials, productivity and daily site progress.

5. Ensure compliance with approved method statements, ITPs, QA/QC and HSE requirements.

6. Coordinate inspection, pressure testing, flushing, testing & commissioning of systems.

7. Ensure works comply with NFPA, local authority requirements and project specifications.

8. Raise/close WIR/IR, NCRs, punch points and inspection observations.

9. Maintain progress reports, testing records, as-built information and handover documentation.

10. Coordinate with consultants, contractors and project teams to resolve site issues and maintain project timelines.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Diploma/B.E./B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering / relevant discipline.

2. 6–10 years of relevant experience in Plumbing & Firefighting site execution.

3. Data Center / Mission Critical / Large EPC project experience preferred.

4. Strong knowledge of firefighting and plumbing installation, testing and commissioning.

5. Good understanding of NFPA standards and applicable local codes.

6. Ability to read IFC drawings, shop drawings and MEP coordination drawings.

7. Experience in subcontractor and site execution management.

8. Proficiency in AutoCAD; BIM/Navisworks/Revit knowledge is an advantage.

9. Strong coordination, problem-solving and site management skills.
