We are looking for a fresh graduate who meets the following requirements:
- Saudi Arabian
- Fresh graduate
- Available to join immediately
- Fluent English is mandatory, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
- Well-organized and able to communicate professionally with candidates
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate directly with Saudi candidates and follow up with them throughout the hiring and onboarding process.
- Collect all required documents from candidates and share them with the Recruitment Operations and HR teams.
- Coordinate with candidates to review and sign their job offers and other required documents.
- Share completed candidate files with HR to initiate the Qiwa process.
- Follow up with candidates regarding Qiwa acceptance and GOSI registration.
- Keep candidates updated on their onboarding status and provide the required support throughout the process.
- Coordinate with the Recruitment Operations and HR teams to ensure all required information and documents are completed on time.
- Our team will manage client communication and updates, while the Recruitment Operations Coordinator will primarily be responsible for candidate coordination, follow-up, and support.
