Job description

• Manage procurement activities from RFQ through PO placement and delivery.
• Source and evaluate suppliers based on technical, commercial, quality, and delivery requirements.
• Prepare and analyze RFQs, quotations, commercial evaluations, and purchase orders.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, QA/QC, and suppliers to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Follow up on material approvals, delivery schedules, and supplier commitments.
• Conduct commercial negotiations and support cost optimization.
• Maintain procurement documentation and ensure compliance with company and project requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors for technical submittals and required project documentation.

Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering — candidates from other engineering disciplines will not be considered.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Procurement, preferably within construction, contracting, or project-based environments.
• Saudi Aramco project experience is preferred.
• Candidate must be currently available in Saudi Arabia (KSA).
• Transferable Iqama is required.
• Salary: SAR 9,000–10,000 per month, full package, depending on qualifications and experience.
