Job description

Job Description:

• Plan production and manufacturing capacity, and schedule/adjust orders according to project priorities.
• Track material availability and coordinate with Procurement to ensure timely supply for each project.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including on-time delivery, customer complaints, and plan adherence.
• Develop contingency plans for demand fluctuations, seasonality, and potential disruptions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Production teams to forecast future demand.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning within a manufacturing environment (experience in furniture or woodworking factories is a plus).
• For residents: Valid Iqama eligible for transfer.
