Job Description

B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering with 12–15 years of experience, including proven 380kV TL project experience. Must have valid SEC approval (Client Approval). Responsible for overall electrical construction execution, site coordination, subcontractor management, quality, safety, progress monitoring, and timely project completion in line with SEC standards and project requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage electrical construction activities for 380kV TL projects.
• Plan and monitor site execution, manpower, materials, equipment, and daily progress.
• Coordinate with SEC, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams for smooth execution.
• Ensure all works comply with SEC standards, approved drawings, specifications, and project procedures.
• Supervise Construction & Installation & all other TL related activities.
• Monitor project schedule, identify delays, and implement corrective actions to achieve project milestones.
• Review drawings, method statements, ITPs, and technical documents before execution.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure productivity, quality, safety, and timely completion.
• Coordinate with Civil, Protection & Control, Planning, QA/QC, HSE, and Procurement teams.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure proper closure of technical and construction issues.
• Prepare progress reports and provide regular updates to Project Manager and management.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and zero-incident project execution.
  
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 12-15 years of experience in TL projects, including 380kV TL.
• Minimum 5 years in a Site Manager or Construction Manager role.
• Hands-on experience with SEC projects and SEC construction standards.
• Strong knowledge of TL Execution technique.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  
  

SEC-Specific Requirements Preferred

• Experience working on SEC-approved 380kV TL Projects.
• Familiarity with SEC General Specifications (SGS), SEC Safety Regulations, and SEC project execution procedures.
• Ability to coordinate directly with SEC Project Management and Construction Supervision teams.
