The Project

This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.

Provides strategic leadership in contract administration, claims management, and dispute avoidance across the tennis project. Safeguards contractual interests, mitigates commercial risk, and drives effective resolution of complex matters while ensuring alignment with programme objectives, cost control, quality standards, and governance requirements.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Champions safety, well-being, and a proactive safety-first culture.
• Demonstrates leadership aligned with organisational values and behaviours.
• Leads contract administration, claims management, and commercial governance.
• Advises on contractual obligations, risk allocation, and entitlement matters.
• Drives claims prevention, dispute avoidance, and resolution strategies.
• Assesses claims, variations, time extensions, and commercial submissions.
• Provides commercial risk advice, stakeholder guidance, and negotiation support.
• Maintains robust governance, records, compliance, and team capability development.
• Administers contracts, commercial processes, and project financial controls through to completion.
• Manages valuations, variations, payments, and claims, providing balanced commercial advice.
• Leads stakeholder engagement, reporting, and contract compliance to support informed decision-making.
• Develops high-performing teams while driving continuous improvement and supporting sustainability objectives.
  
  

You'll Need To Have

• Degree in construction law, commercial, or related discipline.
• Professional accreditation preferred (RICS, CIArb, PMP or equivalent).
• Significant experience in contracts and claims management.
• Strong commercial, contractual, and stakeholder management expertise.
• Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience working on high-value projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
