Executive Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced, strategic, and culturally grounded National Security Manager to oversee, regulate, and direct all security operations across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

In this national-level leadership role, you will hold primary responsibility for the physical, operational, and strategic security of all company clients facilities, assets, and personnel within KSA.

The ideal candidate must possess deep expertise in complying with the regulations and directives of (SAIS) while seamlessly integrating international best practices in industrial security management tailored to the local environment and cultural norms of Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work

1. Regulatory Compliance to SAIS Governance

Mandatory Compliance: Drive full compliance with all SAIS Security Directives (SEC-01 through SEC-08), Security Risk Assessments (SRA), Facilities Security Classification (FSC), and technical standards.

Regulatory Reporting: Direct mandatory security reporting, threat updates, incident notifications, and compliance audit preparations across all nationwide sites.

2. Strategic & Operational Security Leadership

Nationwide Security Governance: Formulate, implement, and periodically review the Master National Security Strategy and Operational Plans across all regions (Central, Eastern, Western, Northern, and Southern).

Integrated Security Systems: Oversee the lifecycle deployment of technical security measures, including Perimeter Intrusion Detection Systems (PIDS), CCTV surveillance, automated Access Control Systems (ACS), Security Operations Centers (SOC), and Command & Control Centers.

Guard Force Management: Manage national security and guarding operations, establishing standardized SOPs, KPIs, service-level agreements (SLAs), and operational readiness benchmarks.

Crisis Management & Emergency Response: Lead crisis management, business continuity, and emergency response planning nationwide in coordination with corporate disaster recovery and national emergency services.

3. Risk Assessment & Intelligence

National Threat Horizon: Conduct periodic comprehensive Security Risk Assessments (SRA) across all operational sites in accordance with SAIS guidelines and ASIS International methodologies.

Executive Protection & Travel Security: Ensure travel security protocols, high-profile visit protection, and secure movement of critical assets across the Kingdom.

4. Cultural Integration, Saudization & Talent Development

Saudization & Local Capability Building: Champion KSA’s Vision 2030 by actively recruiting, mentoring, and developing Saudi security professionals, fostering national leadership within the security domain.

Cultural Sensitivity & Stakeholder Engagement: Align operational security procedures with local cultural customs, religious observances, (where applicable), and regional community dynamics.

Security Awareness Culture: Build and drive a proactive security culture across all organizational levels through structured training, SAIS compliance orientation, and emergency drills.
