We’re Hiring: Procurement Specialist – Pharmaceuticals & Medical Supplies
Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Remain Medical Group is looking for a Procurement Specialist with hands-on experience in purchasing pharmaceuticals and medical supplies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source pharmaceuticals and medical supplies from suppliers and distributors.
• Compare quotations and negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.
• Coordinate with pharmacies and warehouses to maintain stock availability and monitor expiry dates.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and supplier information.
Requirements:
• Previous procurement experience covering both pharmaceuticals and medical supplies.
• Strong supplier management, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Experience in the Saudi healthcare market is preferred.
• Currently based in Saudi Arabia and eligible for sponsorship transfer.
• Willing to work in Jeddah.
