Job Summary

Alef Clinics is looking for a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Madinah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional patient experience, handling inquiries, coordinating appointments, and ensuring smooth communication between patients and the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to patients’ inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, social media, and other communication channels.

* Schedule, confirm, and follow up on patient appointments.

* Provide accurate information about clinic services, procedures, and appointment availability.

* Follow up with patients who have made inquiries or missed appointments.

* Handle patient concerns and complaints professionally and ensure appropriate follow-up.

* Coordinate with doctors, reception, and other departments to ensure a seamless patient journey.

* Maintain accurate and updated patient communication records.

* Support patient retention and improve overall customer satisfaction.

* Follow established customer service standards and clinic policies.

* Contribute to achieving customer service and appointment conversion targets.

Requirements

* Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare, dental clinics, or a similar environment.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

* Professional appearance and a patient-oriented attitude.

* Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.

* Good command of English and Arabic.

* Experience with CRM systems and appointment-management software is preferred.
