RDO Operations Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for an RDO Operations Specialist to support day-to-day operational activities, coordinate with relevant stakeholders, and ensure smooth execution of processes and initiatives. The role will focus on operational efficiency, performance monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate daily operational activities and ensure timely execution of tasks.
• Monitor operational performance and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and operational updates for management.
• Coordinate with internal teams and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
• Identify operational gaps, issues, and areas for improvement.
• Support the development and implementation of operational processes, procedures, and guidelines.
• Follow up on action plans and ensure completion within agreed timelines.
• Analyze operational data and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to operational activities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in Operations, Business Operations, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with reporting or dashboard tools is an advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of English and Arabic is preferred.
