Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 10-15 years of relevant construction experience.
Minimum 5 years in a Construction Manager or senior site management position.
Saudi Arabia or GCC construction experience is strongly preferred.
Experience managing Civil and MEP construction activities is highly preferred.
Experience managing multiple subcontractors and project teams is required.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Professional engineering certification is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, project management, and site operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction/project management software.
