• Prepare and submit accurate cargo documentation, such as loading/discharge orders, certificates of quantity, and bills of lading, to relevant parties.
• Manage and coordinate all aspects of crude oil transfer operations, including ullaging, sampling, and quantity reconciliation to prevent losses.
• Conduct thorough inspections of vessels and cargo tanks to verify structural integrity, cleanliness, and absence of contaminants before and after loading.
• Monitor vessel stability, stress, and trim during cargo operations, making necessary adjustments to ensure safe transit.
• Maintain detailed records of all cargo-related activities, including quantities, timings, and any deviations from the plan.
• Provide technical guidance and support to vessel crews on crude oil handling best practices and safety procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in crude oil tanker operations, with a strong understanding of cargo handling and safety.
• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Marine Transportation, Nautical Science, or a related maritime field, or equivalent professional qualifications.
