The opportunity

Project Support Associate Commercial is responsible for supporting the SA 2106 GIS Business work with the Project Management team to support proactively on commercial & SAP related transactions so PMs are able to focus on meeting customers expectations and units P & L.

How youll make an impact

• Supporting project commercial activities like coordination of Bank Guarantees Letter of Credits etc.
• Preparing all commercial documents needed for processing the payments with banks by letter of credits.
• SAP Project Creation and updating costing information during the project.
• Prep all documents and drive the Invoicing process for all projects. Drive the team internally so as to complete invoicing on time.
• Supporting the PM with backup information related to commercial transactions as necessary.
• Updating the system datas/files for revenue and payment collection.
• Create and maintain detail status update for internal discussions with Manager related to
  status on project commercial activities.
• Support PMs as necessary with Invoicing reports.
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

Your background

• A bachelors degree in commerce finance or a related discipline is required.
• 1-5 years of experience in Project environment with hands on experience commercial documentation.
• Should have hands-on experience working with SAP.
• Proficiency in both spoken & written in English & Arabic language is required.
