We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Operations Manager in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. Our client is a reputed organization in the Oil & Gas Services sector seeking skilled, motivated professionals. If you meet the requirements below, apply early as positions are limited.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day field operations and project activities across Oil & Gas Services assignments.
  
• Coordinate field teams to ensure operational activities are executed safely and efficiently.
  
• Plan manpower, equipment, resources, and operational schedules for field projects.
  
• Monitor project execution and resolve operational issues affecting field activities.
  
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, procedures, and applicable field standards.
  
• Coordinate with clients and project stakeholders to support smooth service delivery.
  
• Track operational progress and communicate project requirements and issues to relevant stakeholders.
  
• Support continuous improvement of field operations, planning, and coordination processes.
  

Required Skills:

1. Oil & Gas Services: Proven experience in Oil & Gas Services operations.
   
2. Field Project Management: Strong experience managing field projects and operational activities.
   
3. Field Team Management: Ability to coordinate and manage field teams.
   
4. HSE: Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental requirements in field operations.
   
5. Planning & Coordination: Ability to plan resources and coordinate operational activities.
   

Preferred Skills:

• Saudi Arabia Oil & Gas experience.
  
• Experience with major clients such as Aramco, SLB, NESR, TAQAH, or similar organizations.
  
• Exposure to complex field-service environments and client-facing project coordination.
  

Work Experience Requirements:

Typical requirement: 3–7 years of relevant professional experience, with substantial exposure to Oil & Gas Services and field operations. Candidates with Saudi Arabia experience and exposure to major Oil & Gas clients are preferred.

Education:

• Minimum: Relevant technical/engineering degree or diploma (typical)
  
• Preferred: Relevant postgraduate qualification or Oil & Gas/HSE certification
  
• Additional: Relevant HSE or field-operations certifications
