Our client is a leading Real Estate Developer
Candidates should be skilled or experienced in the following areas:
- Arabic speaker
- Managing a team of up to 10 Direct Reports
- Oversee and accountability for the day-to-day Operations on a large Development area ensuring high level of operational efficiency
- Operational management of all assets across the portfolio including: buildings, infrastructure and public areas
- An understanding of the bidding and tender process for multiple suppliers
- Overseeing Service Delivery from Safety, Security, FM, Maintenance and Cleaning Services
- Strong contract management knowledge to meet Service Level Standards (SLA) and operational KPIs
- Communicate with government authorities and external stakeholders to meet operational requirements
- High level reporting required, delivered to the Executive leadership team
- Understand governance and compliance and Health and Safety
