The appointed Technical Manager role is of the utmost importance for any organization to ensure that all related activities is controlled in accordance with the company policies and procedures, These activity include but is not limited to the Technical Scope of Responsibilities Paragraph.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development, implementation and maintenance of technological company

systems and processes, including troubleshooting any potential issues.

• Maintain, drive, supervise and implement robust technical standards, systems and

processes.

• Diagnosing and repairing faults.

• Ensure company equipment perform optimal at all times.

• Provide constructive feed back and coaching.

• Oversee regulatory compliance with the current requirements.

• Ensure planned, corrective and preventative maintenance is completed and recorded

correctly.

• Monitor refrigeration gas usage and confirm compliance with applicable legislation.

• New projects drive, plan, cost and supervise during installation.

• Daily control and monitoring of all technical personnel.

• Visit Buraydah Branch at least two to three times per month.

• Conduct online interviews regarding the sourcing of Technical personnel.

• Ensure all technical persons comply with Company policies and standards.

• Will be needed to oversee the workshop activities at later stage.

• Monitor power consumption

• Monitor water consumption.

• Packing lines conveyors

• Structural building

• AC units

• Accomodation Buildings

• Cleaning crew
