My client is looking for an experienced General Manager to lead and grow the KSA business with full P&L ownership, strategic leadership, and operational oversight across our project portfolio. Reporting directly to the Group CEO.
**What you'll own:**
- Full P&L accountability and strategic leadership of the KSA business, driving revenue growth, profitability and operational excellence
- Executive oversight of the entire project portfolio — delivery, budgets, schedules, quality and commercial performance
- Business development and market expansion — client relationships, tendering strategy, and strategic partnerships across the KSA construction & contracting sector
- Building scalable governance frameworks, organizational capability, and management systems to support growth
- Leading multidisciplinary teams across Projects, Finance, Commercial, Procurement and HR
**What we're looking for:**
- 20–25 years' experience in construction, project management/contracting and business operations
- Minimum 10 years in a senior executive or country-level leadership role
- Proven track record managing large-scale project portfolios and multidisciplinary teams
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field; PMP or equivalent highly preferred
- Fluent in Arabic & English
