Job description

• Attend to retail walk-in customers at the parts counter, identifying correct MAN genuine spare parts using ele
  catalogues, VIN-based lookups, and product knowledge to ensure accurate part identification and fitment.
• Process over-the-counter parts sales transactions including invoicing, payment collection, and system update
  efficiently using the parts management and point-of-sale systems.
• Provide product advisory to retail customers on MAN genuine parts benefits, alternative part options, mainten and
  accessory recommendations to drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Monitor retail counter stock levels for fast-moving items, coordinating replenishment requests with the Stock C
  Officer to prevent stockouts on high-demand retail parts.
• Maintain an organized and professionally presented parts counter and retail display area, ensuring pricing lab
  materials, and product displays are current and aligned with MAN brand standards.
