Job description

• Process internal parts requisitions from workshop technicians, service advisors, and team leaders, identifying issuing
  correct MAN genuine spare parts using electronic parts catalogues and job card references.
• Ensure timely parts issuance to workshop bays, prioritizing urgent repair jobs and coordinating with the wareh team
  to locate, pick, and deliver requested parts to minimize technician waiting time.
• Accurately record all internal parts issuances against job cards in the parts management system, ensuring co cost
  allocation and maintaining traceability for warranty and billing purposes.
• Coordinate with the Stock Controlling & Ordering Officer to flag parts shortages impacting active workshop jo
  escalating emergency order requirements for critical repair parts.
• Conduct daily reconciliation of parts issued against job cards closed, investigating discrepancies and process returns
  for unused parts back to stock in a timely manner.
