Overview

We are looking for a creative and distinguished individual to join our prestigious engineering team in Jeddah to contribute to the design and development of innovative architectural projects that align with the urban renaissance in the Kingdom. The candidate will play a pivotal role in transforming architectural visions into reality through meticulous design and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Prepare architectural plans and executive designs with high precision using specialized software.
• Manage the architectural project lifecycle from the initial concept phase to the final plans.
• Coordinate effectively with civil, electrical, and mechanical engineers to ensure design integration.
• Conduct site visits to monitor work progress and ensure compliance with technical specifications and standards.
• Provide innovative solutions to design problems that may arise during implementation.
• Ensure all designs comply with the Saudi Building Code and municipal requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
• Proven work experience of 3 to 5 years in major consulting offices or contracting companies.
• Full familiarity with the Saudi Building Code and building regulations in Jeddah.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in engineering design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion).
• Excellent skills in presenting architectural ideas and preparing presentations.
• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team and manage time effectively under pressure.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to solve complex problems.
• Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
