You are
An AI Native Engineer with a strong foundation in building cloud-native solutions and hands-on experience designing and deploying agentic systems, especially for enterprise environments. You’re a critical thinker who thrives in ambiguity, delivering concrete results by designing, building, and running AI agents that augment workflows and scale across modern infrastructure.
You'll shape how enterprises adopt AI-native engineering - either by leading complex agentic solutions and developing engineering talent, or by owning critical technical areas end-to-end as a senior IC
The Work
You’ll partner directly with client stakeholders — acting as both technologist and trusted advisor. You’ll partner with stakeholders to define use cases, rapidly prototype, and deploy agentic workflows that are robust, secure, and operational in complex enterprise domains. Often, these will be net-new platforms and systems that need to be stitched together in our clients’ environments alongside our ecosystem partners.

What You’ll Do
- Build AI agents: Design and deploy agentic AI solutions using RAG, orchestration, tool calling and multi-agent workflows.
- Create scalable AI systems: Integrate leading AI platforms such as OpenAI, Claude and Google, alongside cloud-native technologies.
- Take solutions end-to-end: Build, deploy, monitor and continuously improve production-ready AI applications.
- Solve real business problems: Turn client requirements into practical AI solutions across different industries.
- Work directly with clients: Support workshops, POCs and technical discussions, helping shape AI solutions from idea to delivery.
- Hands-on experience building AI/agentic solutions, including RAG, agents, orchestration or workflow automation.
- Strong Python, Java or similar programming skills and experience with cloud-native development.
- Exposure to OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI or open-source LLMs.
- Experience with APIs, microservices, Docker/Kubernetes, serverless or CI/CD.
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with clients and technical stakeholders.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience with LangGraph, CrewAI, Claude/OpenAI SDKs, multi-agent systems, AI certifications or publicly available AI projects/GitHub repositories.
Travel: May range from 25–75% depending on client and business requirements.
What I changed: removed repetition and heavy enterprise terminology, shortened the responsibilities, and brought the most attractive part of the role, building real agentic AI solutions end-to-end, to the top.
