The Role of Marketing Operations Manager
The Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire workflow from initial brief to final delivery of marketing campaigns. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on ensuring campaigns are launched efficiently, within budget, and with measurable outcomes. The role involves significant ownership in shaping the agency's operational framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage agency workflows, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and project management tools.
- Coordinate timelines and resources across multiple client campaigns simultaneously.
- Manage the marketing technology stack, including CRM, automation platforms, analytics tools, and advertising platforms.
- Construct dashboards and reports for both clients and internal teams.
- Monitor budgets, team capacity, and freelance resources.
- Serve as the primary liaison between creative, accounts, and media teams.
Required Experience and Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in marketing operations or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to build and optimize operational systems and workflows.
- Proficiency in managing various marketing technology tools.
- Experience in project coordination and resource management.
