About the Role
Hilton is seeking a Receiving Clerk to join their team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is essential for ensuring accurate billing and payment processes, contributing to the overall guest experience through efficient financial operations. The position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Process invoices and commissions, including generating accurate invoices and ensuring timely payment or deduction of travel agent commissions.
- Maintain account accuracy by promptly posting charges and credits, and reconciling subsidiary ledgers with the general ledger.
- Monitor and collect payments, following up on outstanding balances to maintain positive cash flow and reduce overdue accounts.
- Resolve billing issues by investigating account discrepancies and coordinating with relevant teams to resolve disputes.
- Prepare and send statements, issuing timely account statements with a target for daily delivery.
- Review daily transactions, auditing previous day’s charges for accuracy, proper documentation, and contractual compliance.
- Manage credit metrics, calculating monthly Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and assisting with credit management reporting to support timely collections and financial accuracy.
