An employee with strong practical experience in government services and business service offices, capable of starting work from day one without needing basic training. Nature of work: Remote. Work duties: * Managing and following up on files for a group of companies, averaging 20 to 30 companies, which may increase or decrease based on workload. * Executing and following up on government transactions for establishments. * Daily handling of government platforms, especially Qiwa, in addition to: Muqeem, Absher Business, Social Insurance (GOSI), Mudad, Balady, Ministry of Commerce, and others. * Following up on applications and entitlements and ensuring they are completed on time. * Direct communication with clients and following up on their requirements. Important: The job is intended for experienced professionals only and is not a training position for beginners. Requirements: * At least two years of experience in the same field. * Preference is given to those who have previously worked in a service office or business services company. * Actual and strong experience with the Qiwa platform and other government platforms. * High tact and excellent interpersonal and communication skills with clients. * Professional and organized communication and correspondence style. * Speed and accuracy in execution with the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously. * Availability of a strong and stable internet connection. * A work device can be provided by the company if needed.
