We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead innovative residential fit-out projects in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative vision, excellent project management skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality interior environments that meet our clients' needs and expectations. Responsibilities: - Lead the design and execution of residential interior fit-out projects from concept to completion. - Collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements and develop tailored design solutions. - Prepare design plans, presentations, mood boards, and detailed specifications. - Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery. - Oversee the selection of materials, finishes, furnishings, and fixtures to align with design intent and budget. - Manage project timelines and budgets while maintaining high quality standards. - Mentor junior designers and provide guidance to foster their professional growth. - Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and techniques to ensure innovative and contemporary solutions.

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field; advanced qualifications preferred. - Minimum of 5 years experience in residential interior design with a strong portfolio showcasing fit-out projects. - Proven ability to lead projects and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and team members. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Saudi Arabia is an advantage. - Fluency in English
