About the Role

GSK plc is seeking a Vaccine Account Manager for a full-time position in the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia. This role is integral to GSK Saudi Arabia's commitment to supporting Vision 2030 and the Saudi Arabian National Agenda, including Saudization, through the hiring, training, and development of Saudi National capabilities. The Vaccine Account Manager will be responsible for managing adult vaccines across an assigned territory, engaging with internal and external stakeholders to achieve sales targets and ensure product access.

Role Responsibilities

The Vaccine Account Manager will manage adult vaccines within the assigned territory, focusing on patient-centric detailing for healthcare professionals (HCPs) and ensuring timely availability of critical products. Key responsibilities include:

• Achieving yearly sales targets and leading Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the assigned territory, contributing to overall brand and therapy area objectives.
• Implementing commercial strategies and providing solutions as a trusted advisor to HCPs.
• Monitoring product performance weekly and monthly, recommending actions, and executing a robust territory business plan aligned with commercial sales strategy.
• Supporting marketing tasks, including the premium implementation of annual operational plans, new campaign development, and securing necessary medical and regulatory approvals.
• Developing market intelligence and initiating forecasting in alignment with commercial trade channel and marketing teams to reflect market demand.
• Driving end-to-end patient solutions and tracking to support product supply, coordinating with supply chain and commercial trade channel teams for product availability and shelf-life management.
• Collaborating with the tender team to provide feedback on proposed prices, follow up on RFQs, and manage the overall tender process.
• Coordinating with the market access team to develop and implement access plans, establishing a clear access roadmap with key accounts.
• Conducting frequent external meetings and interactions with HCPs to drive disease and product awareness and education.
• Prioritizing efforts and resources through market segmentation and targeting to optimize activities within the assigned territory.
• Establishing relationships with scientific societies and Key External Experts (KEEs) to leverage advocacy and support patient care.
• Mastering GSO detailing through product and disease knowledge, utilizing full collateral.
• Ensuring expenses are maintained within budgets and resources are optimized.

Compliance Responsibilities

The role requires adherence to GSK's compliance standards and legal requirements. Specific compliance duties include:

• Building and maintaining compliance knowledge, implementing governance processes to ensure activities align with GSK's codes, policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
• Fostering strong business partnerships with stakeholders to manage issues and determine approved courses of action.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for the Vaccine Account Manager position should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience. The role also involves assisting the line manager in implementing commercial strategies to deliver performance through an end-to-end solutions-driven approach to account management.
