Role Overview: Manager, Investment Analysis

The Manager, Investment Analysis, is responsible for appraising a defined set of regional investment opportunities within the Central & Eastern and Western Regions. This full-time role involves producing financial models, feasibility analyses, and recommendations for each opportunity. The position reports to the Senior Manager, Investment Analysis, and requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial modelling for assigned investment opportunities.
• Perform feasibility analysis for regional investment projects.
• Develop investment recommendations based on comprehensive appraisals.
• Assess risks associated with investment opportunities.
• Provide regional reporting input for appraised positions.
• Apply modelling and appraisal standards set by the Head of Investment Analysis.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all assigned appraisals.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of relevant experience in investment analysis or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to produce financial models and conduct feasibility studies.
• Proficiency in assessing investment risks and formulating recommendations.

Reporting Structure

The Manager, Investment Analysis, reports directly to the Senior Manager, Investment Analysis. This role involves close collaboration with the Head of Investment Analysis to ensure adherence to established modelling and appraisal standards.
