Glorik International Operation and Maintenance Company – Jeddah

We are a Saudi company specializing in operation and maintenance solutions, facility management, and equipment rental, serving prominent clients in Jeddah, Makkah, Riyadh, and the Western Region. We are looking for an ambitious and meticulous Saudi accountant who wants to develop their skills in a real and diverse work environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Recording daily entries and performing bank reconciliations on a daily and weekly basis.
• Following up on employee and supplier advances, and reconciling balances between books and main ledgers.
• Managing petty cash and portfolios and reconciling them with the general ledger monthly.
• Preparing and processing payroll entries, including Mudud platform fees and Social Insurance (GOSI) entitlements.
• Calculating monthly depreciation, vacation accruals, and prepaid expenses (rents and fuel).
• Issuing commission invoices and monthly invoices and following up on them.
• Reconciling sales with the trial balance, and preparing and filing quarterly VAT returns via the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA).
• Preparing supplier payment entries after confirming balances with them.
• Supervising the physical inventory count every two weeks.
• Coordinating with the external auditor in preparing the calculation of Zakat, income tax, and end-of-service benefits annually.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• One to three years of experience in general accounting (we accept outstanding fresh graduates).
• Good knowledge of VAT and e-invoicing in the Kingdom.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets; experience in ERP systems or accounting software is an added advantage.
• Accuracy, punctuality, and the ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with Mudud and Social Insurance platforms is an added advantage.
