Banquet/Sales coordinator

About the Role

InterContinental Hotels Group is seeking a Banquet/Sales Coordinator to support event operations and sales efforts. This full-time position involves coordinating banquet and event bookings and assisting the sales team to ensure successful guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate banquet and event bookings from initial inquiry through to completion.
• Assist the Sales team with proposals, contracts, and client correspondence.
• Maintain accurate event details, schedules, and function sheets.
• Coordinate with Banquet, Kitchen, and other departments to ensure smooth event operations.
• Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and follow up on requests.
• Assist with site inspections and promote the hotel’s meeting and banquet facilities.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field. The role requires a passion for delivering service and supporting successful events.
