Position: Production Superintendent
Department: Production
Reports To: Operations Manager / Plant Manager

Job Purpose

To manage and oversee all production activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations while meeting production schedules, quality standards, and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and control overall production activities.

• Manage Coating Supervisors, Operators, and Production personnel.

• Ensure production targets and project deadlines are achieved.

• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, and HSE departments.

• Review production KPIs and implement improvement initiatives.

• Monitor equipment utilization and operational efficiency.

• Prepare manpower planning and resource allocation.

• Ensure compliance with customer specifications and company procedures.

• Lead investigations of production issues and implement corrective actions.

• Prepare production reports for management review.

• Promote continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.

• 10-15 years of experience in pipe coating or manufacturing industries.

• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory/management role.

• Strong knowledge of FBE, 3LPE, 3LPP coating systems.

• Experience with Saudi Aramco projects preferred.

• Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills.
