Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit ACC and Navisworks.
- Coordinate architectural models with structural and MEP disciplines and resolve design and coordination issues.
- Identify manage and resolve clashes to ensure coordinated and construction-ready BIM models.
- Support the preparation of construction/shop drawings and BIM deliverables.
- Ensure BIM models and deliverables comply with project BIM standards LOD requirements and the BIM Execution Plan.
- Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of BIM outputs.
Key Qualifications
- 4 to 7 years of relevant experience as an Architectural BIM Coordinator.
- Proven experience in steel structure projects is required.
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and Navisworks.
- Good understanding of BIM coordination clash detection LOD requirements and BIM workflows.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary project environments.
- Bachelors degree/diploma in Architecture Engineering or a relevant discipline.
