Key Responsibilities

* Arabic:

• Receive VIP clients and visitors and direct them in a way that reflects the professional image and prestigious status of the company.

• Manage incoming and outgoing calls and correspondence efficiently with a high response rate.

• Provide comprehensive explanations of evaluation, marketing, and available financing solutions, and assist clients in choosing the most suitable option.

• Apply advanced sales skills and effective negotiation to build sustainable relationships and successfully close real estate deals.

• Accurately manage and update the client database on the company's internal systems.

* English:

• Greet and welcome VIP clients and visitors, ensuring a premium corporate image.

• Manage incoming/outgoing communications efficiently with a high response rate.

• Present comprehensive insights into evaluation, marketing, and financing services.

• Apply advanced sales and negotiation skills to build sustainable relations and close deals.

• Maintain and update the client database accurately on internal systems & CRMs.

Requirements & Qualifications

* Arabic:

• Gender & Nationality: Open to males and females of all nationalities.

• Core Skills: Complete mastery of the art of selling and persuasive negotiation, and the ability to deal with various client categories.

• Educational Qualification: University degree (Bachelor's or Diploma) in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.

• Experience: Previous experience in the real estate, banking, or luxury customer service sector is preferred.

• Personal Skills: Full tactfulness, exceptional communication skills, and a distinguished professional appearance.

• Languages & Tech: Proficiency in using computers and Office applications (good command of English is an added advantage).

* English:

• Gender & Nationality: Open for both genders (All Nationalities).

• Core Skills: Mastery of advanced sales techniques and persuasive negotiation.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Experience: Previous experience in Real Estate, Banking, or luxury customer service is preferred.

• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, high eloquence, and a professional appearance.

• Tech & Languages: Proficiency in MS Office (Good command of English is a strong plus).
