About the Role
Airbus ** is seeking a Training Coordinator Junior to manage the Customer On-Job-Training (OJT) program at the site. This contract position requires 0-1 years of experience and involves close collaboration with customers to fulfill OJT requirements and develop internal documentation aligned with customer training manuals.
Role Context and Compliance
The Training Coordinator Junior will work with the Technical Advisor to ensure all OJT documentation complies with Airbus Helicopters Management System and policies. This role requires a strong awareness of potential compliance risks and a commitment to acting with integrity, which is fundamental to the company's success and reputation.
Key Responsibilities
- Comply with all Aviation, Safety, Quality, and Export Control Regulations and Procedures.
- Adhere to all Airbus Helicopters Management Systems, Policies, and Regulations.
- Review Customer Manuals to identify key development requirements.
- Identify training needs by evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of customer technicians.
- Develop training assessment documentation in alignment with Customer Manuals.
- Build the annual OJT schedule in coordination with the Site Manager and Training Supervisor.
- Document customer technicians' progress against OJT objectives.
- Assess and document OJT effectiveness.
- Update the OJT program in accordance with Customer Manuals.
- Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for OJT success percentage, number of customer trainees, and customer feedback.
- Prepare and present reports to the Program Manager, Operations Support Manager, and Head of Operations.
- Conduct site visits at customer locations as required.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of PM training processes.
Experience and Qualifications
Candidates for this role should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience. A foundational understanding of training coordination and documentation practices is essential. The ability to interpret technical manuals and align internal processes with external standards is also required.
