Responsibilities:

1. Lead project planning sessions, defining project scope, deliverables, and timelines while utilizing project management software to streamline processes and enhance team collaboration.
2. Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients and internal teams, to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations, fostering open communication and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
3. Monitor project progress and performance metrics, using analytical tools to identify potential risks and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track and within budget.
4. Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and post-project evaluations to ensure accountability and facilitate knowledge sharing.
5. Manage project budgets effectively, tracking expenses and resource allocation to optimize financial performance while delivering quality outcomes for clients.
6. Conduct regular team meetings and workshops to encourage collaboration, address challenges, and celebrate achievements, strengthening team cohesion and motivation.
7. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project team members, fostering their professional development and enhancing the overall skill set of the project team.
8. Implement best practices in project management methodologies, ensuring that the team adheres to industry standards and continuously seeks opportunities for process improvement.
9. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally to maintain strong client relationships and satisfaction.

Skills

Requirements:

• Aramco Approved Project Manager with valid/previous approval.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 12+ years of project management experience in construction/EPC projects.
• Strong experience in Saudi Aramco projects and client requirements.
• Proven experience managing large-scale projects from planning through completion.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, cost control, scheduling, contracts, procurement, and construction management.
• Experience coordinating with Aramco, consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of HSE, QA/QC, project procedures, and Saudi Aramco standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality requirements.
