ROLE
You run your section with precision and pride - responsible for preparation, quality, and the junior team working alongside you.
Experience
Culinary Skills: You prepare, cook, and plate to established recipes and brand standards - every dish, every time.
Consistency: Accuracy, quality, and presentation are non-negotiable - you deliver the same standard on every plate, every service.
Hygiene & Standards: You maintain a clean, organised workstation and uphold food safety regulations at all times - no exceptions.
Section Ownership: You oversee mise en place, manage inventory, and keep your section running efficiently from start to finish.
Leadership & Mentoring: You guide and support junior team members, share your knowledge openly, and lead by example every shift.
This is a guide, not a ceiling. As Le Café LPM grows, so might your role. Flexibility is part of our DNA: every team member may be asked to support another department when the business needs it. We trust you’ll bring the same care to everything you do.

Experience
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a professional kitchen.
- Strong technical skills, organisation, and the ability to perform under pressure while maintaining consistent quality.
- English is a must. French or another European language, even better.
