A Coordinator for the Dermatology and Cosmetics Department is required.
We are looking for a coordinator with experience in dermatology and cosmetics, who has good knowledge of cosmetic procedures and devices, as well as outstanding communication and persuasion skills to provide an exceptional experience for clients.
Job Responsibilities:
* Explaining services and procedures to clients clearly and professionally.
* Recommending appropriate services based on each client's needs.
* Following up with clients and taking care of their experience before and after the visit.
* Coordinating with the medical team to ensure delivering the best level of service.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in the field of dermatology or cosmetics.
* Knowledge of dermatological procedures and cosmetic devices.
* Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
* Professional and tactful personality when dealing with clients.
