Job description
Company: Abdul Latif Jameel Logistics
ALJ Logistics operates within Abdul Latif Jameel's transportation business, focusing on logistics operations and commercial services. Its activities include freight forwarding, transportation, warehousing, customs coordination, and cross-border logistics.
Role Purpose:
Develop and manage strategic partnerships with government entities and public-sector stakeholders to position the company for national logistics initiatives, public-sector opportunities, regulatory collaboration, and long-term growth aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.
Key Activities:
- Define and execute the government partnership strategy and stakeholder engagement plan for the logistics business.
- Identify public-sector opportunities, programs, tenders, concessions, and partnership models aligned with company capabilities. Provide leadership with structured updates on stakeholder priorities, opportunity pipelines, risks, and required decisions.
- Lead relationship management with ministries, authorities, regulators, and government-owned organizations. Align Legal, Finance, Operations, Commercial, and Corporate Affairs on partnership requirements and commitments.
- Coordinate internal teams to develop compliant proposals, business cases, memoranda of understanding, and partnership agreements.
- Monitor relevant regulations, national programs, and sector developments; translate them into business implications and actions. Maintain governance, transparency, and proper documentation for all government engagements and commitments. Develop innovative public-private partnership concepts and national logistics solutions that create measurable economic and service value.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Logistics, Economics, or a related field.
- Postgraduate qualification is preferred.
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in government partnerships, public-sector business development, or government relations.
- Certification in Government Relations, Public-Private Partnership, Project Management, or Negotiation is preferred.
- Professional proficiency in Arabic and English.
