Senior Software Engineer

Job Objective

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our engineering team to design, build, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions. In this role, you will develop core applications, optimize performance, resolve complex technical issues, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable digital products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Development: Build scalable, high-performance software applications aligned with business requirements using clean, maintainable code.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Test applications, diagnose technical issues, debug software, and participate in peer code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
• Architecture & Integration: Develop, integrate, and manage resilient RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Performance & Optimization: Identify system bottlenecks to continuously improve application speed, security, and stability.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, UI/UX Design, QA, and DevOps teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Documentation & Best Practices: Maintain technical documentation for system architecture and keep pace with modern technologies and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years of professional software development experience.
• Core Engineering Skills:
• Proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Strong working knowledge of relational and non-relational databases.
• Experience with API design, integration, and development.
• Hands-on experience with version control systems (Git, GitHub/GitLab).
• Soft Skills:
• Strong analytical and algorithmic problem-solving abilities.
• Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
