We are looking for a passionate and qualified Daycare Center Manager to lead our team in providing a safe and stimulating environment for beneficiaries. You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative educational and recreational programs, as well as ensuring the highest standards of care and safety. We aim to build an outstanding team that contributes to the growth and development of every beneficiary who joins our center.

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Supervising the daily operations of the daycare center.
* Developing and implementing educational and recreational curricula and programs.
* Ensuring a safe and healthy environment for all beneficiaries.
* Managing and guiding the staff and providing the necessary training.
* Communicating effectively with parents and providing periodic reports.
* Contributing to achieving the center's goals and elevating the level of services provided.

Requirements

* Two years of experience in the field of Special Education

* Major: Special Education - Social Work - Psychology
