We are looking for a waiter to join our team. Your responsibility is to provide a distinctive hospitality experience to guests from the moment they arrive until they depart.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Welcome guests with a smile and guide them to their tables.
Present the food and beverage menu, explain dishes, and provide recommendations.
Deliver orders in a timely manner and ensure guest satisfaction.
Handle feedback and complaints calmly and professionally.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the tables and service area.
Coordinate with the kitchen, cashier, and the rest of the team.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in restaurants or cafes is preferred; fresh graduates and those without experience are welcome (training will be provided).
Good communication skills, well-groomed, and commitment to the uniform.
