Job description

• Participate in the planning and organization of exhibitions, conferences, and events from the preparation stage to execution.
• Coordinate with clients to determine event requirements and operational needs.
• Prepare execution schedules and monitor tasks and deadlines.
• Coordinate with suppliers and service providers and follow up on equipment and supplies.
• Monitor the preparation of event sites, booths, platforms, reception, and hospitality areas.
• Supervise installation and setup work and ensure site readiness before the event starts.
• Coordinate with technical and operational teams, registration, reception, and crowd management.
• Monitor audio, lighting, screens, and visual elements according to each event's requirements.
• Address operational challenges during execution and ensure efficient workflow.
• Monitor compliance with the approved budget and the quality of services provided.
• Ensure the implementation of safety instructions and organizational requirements at event sites.
• Prepare reports on the execution process, observations, and recommendations after the events conclude.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of practical experience in organizing exhibitions, conferences, and events.
• Experience in coordinating with suppliers, clients, and operational teams.
• Knowledge of the technical and logistical requirements for event execution.
• Strong organizational, planning, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work on-site and handle work pressure and multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and report preparation.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
• Fluent in Arabic, with a good command of English.
• Willingness to work outside of regular hours as required by events.
