Job description
Philip Morris Trading KSA is looking for a Manager Smoke-Free Products (SFP) to join the SFP Deployment team, reporting to the Director SFP Deployment.
In this role, you will lead brand and project management for assigned portfolios in KSA. You will turn consumer insights into effective plans, track performance, identify growth opportunities, and work across teams to deliver brand and business priorities.
- This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The working schedule is Sunday to Thursday.

YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’
Brand & Category Strategy
- Develop brand and category strategies based on market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity.
- Own annual and mid-term brand plans, aligning regional direction with local market needs.
- Deliver integrated marketing initiatives that build brand equity, encourage trial, and support sustainable growth.
Consumer Insights & Performance
- Use consumer, market, and performance insights to shape brand and activation plans.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to turn insights into effective in-market execution.
- Track KPIs and ROI to identify growth opportunities and guide investment decisions.
Channel, Activation & Cycle Execution
- Plan and deliver compliant campaigns, promotions, and launches across digital, retail, and experiential channels.
- Partner with sales, supply, and regional teams to ensure smooth execution and consistent market impact.
- Monitor channel performance and adapt plans to improve awareness, engagement, and conversion.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- KSA national
- University degree in a relevant field
- 7+ years of experience in brand deployment, consumer journeys, and project management
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder influencing skills
- Strong analytical skills and cross-functional project management experience
