Job description

The Assistant Supervisor of Operations is responsible for monitoring daily operational activities and supervising the performance of operations. This role includes ensuring compliance with established guidelines, reviewing operational reports, and conducting field visits to verify the readiness of operations and the level of cleanliness and safety. The position also involves preparing periodic reports on operational performance and escalating them to the Operations Supervisor.
