Job Title: Rental Manager

Location: Riyadh

Job Objective:

Assumes full responsibility for managing and coordinating rental operations across all branches, ensuring operational efficiency, procedural integrity, contract validity, and protection of financial assets, while directly supervising teams and enhancing service quality.

Branch Operational Management

• Directly supervising rental operations across all branches and ensuring business continuity according to approved standards.
• Monitoring daily shifts and ensuring staff availability and operational coverage for all branches.
• Managing reservations and ensuring vehicle readiness prior to scheduled delivery times.
• Supervising vehicle check-in and check-out processes between staff and shifts.

Vehicle and Financial Control

• Conducting daily physical-to-system vehicle inventory reconciliations and resolving any discrepancies.
• Reviewing and reconciling daily branch cash safe balances and signing off on reconciliation reports.
• Tracking vehicle transfers between branches and ensuring accurate system entries.
• Monitoring damages and compensations, ensuring all related procedures are completed.

Contract Management and Compliance

• Conducting daily audits of open and closed contracts across all branches to ensure procedural integrity.
• Verifying customer eligibility and ensuring all rental requirements are met prior to contract execution.
• Reviewing contract modifications for accuracy and approving them within delegated authority limits.
• Handling operational notes and contract violations, taking necessary corrective actions.

Staff Management and Performance Evaluation

• Directly supervising rental staff and monitoring their performance and discipline.
• Organizing work schedules, shifts, and leaves to guarantee operational continuity.
• Tracking attendance and managing absenteeism and tardiness in coordination with HR.
• Evaluating employee performance, identifying gaps, and submitting recommendations for improvement.
• Guiding staff and ensuring full compliance with company policies and procedures.

Reporting and Administrative Control

• Preparing daily open and closed contract reports and submitting them to management.
• Preparing daily reconciliation reports for vehicles, cash safes, and identified discrepancies.
• Tracking branch operational key performance indicators (KPIs) and submitting periodic reports to management.
• Providing actionable recommendations to solve operational issues and improve workflow efficiency.

Operations Development and Service Quality

• Updating rental price lists according to approved guidelines and authorization levels.
• Adding new vehicles to the rental system and verifying the accuracy of their data.
• Developing work procedures and optimizing the utilization of the Dynamic Rental system.
• Coordinating with relevant departments to improve service quality and increase customer satisfaction.
• Representing the company in relevant external events and meetings.

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in the car rental industry.
• Full proficiency in the Dynamic Rental software.
• Strong leadership skills in team management and branch supervision.
• Ability to exercise financial and operational control, audit contracts, and manage inventory.
• Advanced skills in reporting and performance analysis.
• Effective communication and coordination skills across different departments.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
