About the Role

Swisslinx Middle East is seeking a Marketing Manager, Digital Business, on behalf of a leading digital savings company in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on owning the brand, marketing, communications, and retention strategy, with a strong emphasis on the Saudi Arabian market. The position requires 5-10 years of experience.

Role Context and Focus

This is a digital-first role where the Marketing Manager will be responsible for the strategy, KPIs, and overall performance of the marketing function. The role combines leadership in brand and communications with a practical understanding of performance marketing and paid acquisition. An existing team manages daily campaign execution, allowing the manager to focus on strategy, guidance, and challenging results. The role involves close collaboration with the Business Development team to transform offers into campaigns that drive traffic, user acquisition, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the brand and marketing strategy, plan, and campaign calendar, including positioning, audiences, and key messaging.
• Lead content and creative direction, converting deals and offers from the Business Development team into campaigns.
• Oversee strategy and content for push notifications, CRM, email, social media, and other channels.
• Ensure all marketing efforts are properly localized for Saudi Arabia, reflecting consumer behavior, culture, trends, and communication styles.
• Manage the retention and re-engagement strategy, including remarketing initiatives.
• Build and guide the paid acquisition strategy across platforms such as Google Ads/App Campaigns, Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat, including setting targets and budgets, managing CPI and app-install strategy, and optimizing campaigns.
• Analyze and evaluate campaign results, monitoring metrics such as CPI, CAC/CPA, ROAS, conversion, retention, LTV, and attribution quality.
• Define and monitor marketing KPIs, providing regular reports to inform future activities.
• Coordinate with Product, Business Development, and Commercial teams.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in the Saudi Arabian market, including consumer behavior, culture, and communication styles.
• Proven experience in a consumer digital business, preferably in cashback, coupons and deals, loyalty and rewards, e-commerce, affiliate marketing, or consumer fintech.
• Strong digital marketing background with experience in growing an app or digital platform (installs, activation, retention, and revenue).
• Solid knowledge of performance marketing and paid acquisition, including CPI/app-install campaigns, CAC/CPA, ROAS, LTV, attribution, remarketing, and re-engagement.
• Experience marketing promotions or deals in collaboration with a partnerships or business development team.
• Experience developing marketing strategy and managing brand, content, communications, and campaigns.
• Experience with social media, CRM, email, and push notification strategy.
• Strong analytical ability and experience in defining, monitoring, and reporting on KPIs.
